I have a gift for gab and thirty years of building adult education that actually sticks. When I discovered what AI could do — really do, for everyday people — I couldn't stop talking about it.
The doors it opens. The time it gives back. The way it meets you exactly where you are and helps you do more of what only you can do. I've watched it change how people work, how they think, and how they see themselves. That excitement is real — and I bring it into every room I walk into.
I'm not a tour guide with a map. Nobody has one — the landscape is moving too fast for that. But I'm not just wandering either. I'm out ahead on the path every day — trying things, testing what works, and connecting with a wide network of practitioners who are doing the same. I bring all of that back to the people I teach. You get the benefit of a lot of conversations you weren't in the room for.
The Learning Philosophy
Think of AI as a trampoline.
A trampoline doesn't do the jumping for you. It responds to what you bring to it. The more you engage — the more weight, energy, and intention you put in — the higher you can go.
Your life experience, education, and natural talent are your mass. Your curiosity is your energy. AI is the trampoline.
That's my viewpoint, and it's the lens I encourage every learner to bring to the work. It's the whole idea behind Keeping the I in AI.
The URŌn Discovery Promise
I teach. Then I hand over the keys.
Every session at URŌn Discovery is built toward one moment: the point where you stop watching and start driving.
A lot of AI education leaves people dependent — on the instructor, on the tool, on someone else's workflow. That's not literacy. That's a subscription.
My goal is for you to leave every session more capable than you arrived — with the prompts, the frameworks, and the confidence to keep going on your own. The keys are yours. I'm just helping you learn the road.
